| 10:11 pm | New questions 1. What hobbies do you have? This is ME. Like you have to ask? Eh. Anyway, sex, music, and spending time with my family. 2. Who is your closest mundane friend? Describe them and how you relate to them. I have quite a few friends, mostly female, but the two I would probably call my BEST friends, if I had to pick any, would be Meredith and Lexi. Meredith has been everything to me: my lover, my friend, my business partner, my BEST friend. She's like me in almost every way, which explains why we never worked as a couple. And Lexi? Damn. I just repsect the hell out of her. Everything she's been through, and while she's gotten nicer? She's stilll the toughest bitch I know, superpowered or not. 3. Who is your worst mundane enemy? Describe them and why you don't get along. Right now? I'd say whoever the fuck JUST TRIED TO KILL ME, thanks. 4. What bands do you like? Do you even pay attention? I'm a label owner now. Of course I pay attention. And I'd say Suicide Messiah is my favorite band right now. Although, while they ARE fantastic, that might have soemthing to do with me sponsoring them. Or me fucking the singer at least once or twice a day. Not sure though. All time though? Van Halen. Hagar-era. Seriously... Sammy Hagar is a GOD. 5. What tape or CD hasn't left your player since your purchased it? Why? I recently re-bought Van Halen's '5150' on CD, as my old copy had gotten damaged. And once more, I'm ridiculously hooked on it. 6. What song is "your song?" Why? "Best of Both Worlds" by Van Halen. Best song EVER, and it made me love music the way I do today. If the chorus doesn't get you going, you have no fucking soul. 7. What's been your favorite movie of all time? I don't know that I have ONE favorite, but I love The Godfather. Kinda feels... familiar, you could say. 8. Read any good books? What were they? I do have an affinity for the Kama Sutra... it's had quite the affect on my life. 9. What do you watch on the Television? Not much, to be honest. Stand-up comedy, concerts... not much else. 10. When it comes to mundane politics, do you care? If so, which way do you tend to vote? If not, why don't you care? Like it matters to me? In the world *I* live in? The Bales are the power. |

| 2:49 pm | Family 1. What was your family like? My family is... unlike anything I can describe. Some of us are the prototypical 'rich snobs', but then some of us are quiet loners, some are huge vicious bikers, some are a little of everything. We get on each others nerves... but our support of one another never wavers. Oh, yeah. did I mention we're all lycans? There's that little fact. 2. Who was your father, and what was he like? My father was the best man I've ever known. He treated my mother like a queen, and treated all three of his children like they were the most special things in his life. I miss him more than anything I could type here could ever express. 3. Who was your mother, and what was she like? Mom. Wow. She was interesting. A very smart woman, and a very loving woman... but also the epitome of the 'rich snob'. Still... she never made us feel anything but loved, and we never wanted for anything. 4. What was your parents marriage like? Were they married? Did they remain married? Mom and Dad were amazing together. He was tough, rough-around-the-edges, and very into the... 'family business'. Mom was more the type who liked to enjoy high-society and all the trappings money brought them. But they were married for almost 30 years, until the day they died. As different as they were, I've never seen a couple so in love. 5. What were your siblings names? What were they like? I have two. Bretton, the eldest of us, who's... hm. I think he once described us best. Somehow, I got all the charisma, and he got all the maturity. He's a good man, but damn, does he need to learn how to have fun. And then there's my sister Bronte. She's insufferable, snarky, a smart-ass of the highest order, and possibly the most stubborn person I've EVER met. She's also the strongest, most determined person I know, and I've always looked up to her. 6. What's the worst thing one of your siblings ever did to you? What's the worst thing you've done to one of your siblings? We didn't do a lot of bad things to each other... I think it was due to our determination to make our folks look good to the public at all times. 7. When's the last time you saw any member of your family? Where are they now? Christ, most of the ones I'm closest to are HERE now. Both of my siblings, a few of my cousins, and my uncle are all nearby now. The Bale family sticks together, as I mentioned. 8. Did you ever meet any other family members? Who were they? What did you think of them? I think by now I can ignore that first part of the question. But... as to who they are, and what I think of them? Hm.I'll just mention the ones that are here right now. Well, there's Baily, my young cousin, who reminds me FAR too much of Bronte to possibly be good for her social life. Hell of a DJ, but possibly the most gruff, antisocial person I know. Then there's my cousin Brandon. Hell of a songwriter, good singer, decent guitar player. He's also broody, and sometimes annoyingly do-gooder. There's Nevada, my brother's fiance, who's practically family by now... she's beautiful, spunky... and way too quick to hit me when she gets pissed. Seriously, Nev. Ouch. Then.... there's Uncle Dave. David Cromwell. The biggest, scariest, most vicious of our kind I've ever met. Luckily he loves his family and has a heart of gold... because frankly he also scares the SHIT out of me. |

| 12:49 am | Ten Things Nobody Knows TEN THINGS NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT ME: 1. I was actually a naive, romantic type until around my seventeenth birthday. Thanks, Sofia. 2. The first club I ever (co-)owned, The Bronze, back in Sunnydale, became ours because our late parents owned it, and left it to us. 3. My middle name is Kenneth. The fact that my mother only used it when I was in SERIOUS trouble made me wary of ever using it in everyday life. 4. I might be the worst cook in history. I've found ways to ruin a PB&J sandwich. 5. I can't play an instrument to save my life, but when I try, I have a decent singing voice. 6. For the longest time, I had a small crush on my brother's fiance' Nevada. 7. I'd never admit it to her face, but my sister Bronte is my hero. Always has been. 8. I still own a toy I had as a child. A Transformers car that my father bought me. It's terribly sentimental. 9. I know nothing about sports. I can barely tell a Touchdown from a Home Run. 10. I daydream about having a family with Skylar. As soon as I think she's willing to feel the same... I may work on just that. |

| 2:56 am | Relationship Survey 1. Who are you currently involved with? Skylar James. The woman I've been after for two goddamn years. 2. What things initially drew you to this person? Initially? Her looks and her attitude. Good God. It was like a MAGNET to me. 3. Now that you're actually involved with the person, what things keep you interested in them? Two things. The fact that she's FAR more like me than most people would suspect, and the fact that holy SHIT is the sex amazing. 4. Do you think you'll be with this person for the rest of your life? I can only hope. I don't know that I've ever wanted anything more. 5. What are your favorite things about the person you're with? Her laugh, the way she shines and seems to forget all her problems when she looks at me... ok, and the sex. 6. If you could, what would you change about them? Not a motherfucking THING. 7. Are you truly happy with this person? If not, why? So happy it almost scares me. 8. What things, if any, do you have in common, interest-wise, with who you're with? We both love music, we understand each other on a deep level that I don't think anyone else can, and we both are passionate, spontaneous people. 9. Would you say you're in love with this person? You bet your ass I am. I have been since I met her. 10. How does this person make you feel, deep down inside? She... makes me feel like I can actually be a better person. And more importantly, she makes me feel like the most important man alive. Which I obviously am. |
